Housing:
ELACC develops affordable housing, neighborhood facilities, single family and multi-family housing. ELACC makes housing affordable to households, whose income falls between 35% to 50% of the area median income (AMI) for rental housing units and 50-80% for AMI for homeownership units.

Economic Development:
ELACC's Homebuyer, Financial Literacy and one-on-one counseling programs provide community residents with bilingual homebuyer and financial literacy education that allow residents of the Eastside to gain access to the knowledge, skills and resources that will allow them to move closer to homeownership. We operate an Individual Development Account (IDA) with United Way and participating banks. Through the Los Angeles Works for Better Health (LAWBH) initiative, ELACC is engaged in promoting and improving the health and well-being of residents living in the Eastside by increasing their access to more and better jobs.

Community Organizing:
Through the Neighbors Building Neighborhoods program (NBN), ELACC focuses on housing, education and employment issues as a means of engaging, training and supporting community residents to build power, promote social equity and empower our communities.
